It represents an innovative cleaning system of the top class for the implant manufacturers practice and fulfills the special requirements of hygiene for the most demanding surface treatment.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #808080;\">The individual baskets first pass through the pre-cleaning bath, with ultrasonic sonication and disinfectant. To ensure a high level of cleaning and disinfection, the main cleaning is carried out in several baths with special disinfectants and detergents in 2 divided process cycles. In this process, the cleaning is considerably intensified by several recirculation systems.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #808080;\">The dosing of the disinfectants as well as different passivation chemicals, is done by an automatic dosing machine which guarantees a constant treatment quality. The passivation process is programmable and follows the latest medical-technical guidelines.
